Raw material selection for the production line: The raw materials used are square or rectangular steel billets, and the size of the steel billets can be adjusted according to the production output. The annual output is approximately 200000 to 1 million tons. Heating furnaces use natural gas or heavy oil as fuel.
The product of this project is hot-rolled narrow steel strip. The main production process is to use a crane to lift the steel billet onto the upper material roller conveyor, and then send it to the continuous heating furnace for heating by a pusher; Steel billets with a temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius are removed from the furnace through a tapping machine; Transported from the front roller conveyor of the roughing mill to the 850 three roll roughing mill for reciprocating rolling, after rolling 5 tracks, it is transported to the eight level and two vertical precision rolling unit through the conveyor roller conveyor, and deformed according to the set rolling process specifications for precise forming; The finished tropical steel undergoes three-way twisting and is fed onto a flat cooling chain with the support of a pinch roller and a serpentine vibrator. It cools down while moving forward on the flat transportation chain. After cooling, it is straightened by a five roll straightening machine. Then, it is coiled on a vertical coiling machine. After coiling is completed, the coiling mechanism moves the coil to the conveying roller track and transports it to the tightening machine for tight coiling. Finally, it is straightened by a coiling machine and placed on a collection car,Collect into bundles, package, spray code, and store in the warehouse.
